Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at esther212customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at esther212customerservice@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at esther212customerservice@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right!
